FEES AND SCHOLARSHIPS

PKCET, along with its corroborating partners, strives to provide scholarships for different programs.

Certificate Programs (Online and Physical)

• Duration 1 month to 6 months: K3000 / International students: $300
• Duration 6 months to 12 months: K6000 / International students: $500
• Application Fee: K100 / International students: $25

Diploma Programs (Online and Physical)

• Duration: 2-3 years
• Application Fees: K100 / International students: $25
• Registration Fees: K200 / International students: $50 per semester
• Examination Fees: K250 / International students: $75 per semester
• Tuition Fees: K3000 / International students: $500 per semester

Degree Programs (Online and Physical)

• Duration: 4 years
• Application Fees: K100 / International students: $25
• Registration Fees: K200 / International students: $50 per semester
• Examination Fees: K300 / International students: $85 per semester
• Tuition Fees: K4000 / International students: $600 per semester

ADDITIONAL DATA ON BURSARY & PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES

Students applying for scholarships/bursaries must be admitted to study at PKCET and apply accordingly. Applying to PKCET doesn’t guarantee acceptance; all students are admitted based on merit.

Payment in Full: All students are responsible for paying the registration fee at the beginning of the semester. Tuition payment for courses is made at the start of each semester after the student registers. Students must pay 60% of the tuition fee before attending any class and present a copy of the bank receipt to the registrar’s office.

Payment Methods: The ONLY acceptable payment method for ALL students' tuition and other fees is to PKCET bank accounts. Any other payment method to a person, staff, or faculty member is unacceptable. For any payment inquiries, contact us directly at philipkaundacollege87@gmail.com.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

Generally, we require a high school certificate (5 O levels), an NRC, or a passport photo for all undergraduate programs. For students wishing to pursue a degree program, a diploma from a reputable institution is required.
